About Us
Daniel Grady was born in Paris, France on November 25, 1921. 
 
 He attended school in Paris at the Lycee Conorcet.  Later he attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine engineering.  Post-graduate studies included various courses in Business Management, Property Management, and Finance.
 
 In 1949, in Long Island, NY, he began his career as a builder.
 
 In 1958 DBG founded Marnel Development Company in San Diego, CA.  He developed single family subdivision for retirement housing and golf courses.
 
 In 1966 DBG created SANFRIC, INC. and MONFRIC, INC. to develop and manage subsidized housing including: 236, 221, d-4, Section 8, FmHA programs.  His business grew as his consulting services spread to profit mootivated organizations, non profits, and government organizations.
 
 Inducted into the Housing Hall of Fame in Washington, D.C. in May, 1992.
