John is president of Monfric Group in Clifton, Colorado. Monfric, Group has specialized in affordable low income subsidized housing since 1974. John is in charge of dealing with the day-to-day operations of 23 properties consisting of 1600 units in four States. John is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and a certified Senior Registered Apartment Manager through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) RAM program as well as holding an executive level National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP) certification through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) John serves on the Certification Board of Governors for HCCP and is a member of the Housing Credit Group of NAHB. He is a Life Governor on the Board of Governors for the Registered Apartment Managers (RAM) program. He has served since 1984 on the board of Directors for the Affordable Housing Management Association Pacific Southwest. He has served a two-year term as it's President and is a Director Emeritus He is also active in NAHMA and has helped develop a rapport between the industry and the Department of Housing and Urban Development operating personnel.

Michael W. Grady
Vice President

Michael is a licensed general contractor, real estate broker, and also serves as Certified Occupancy Specialist for the company. "Mike" received this designation through the National Center of Housing Management and has recently received certifications from both Farmers Home Administration and through the National Assisted Housing Management Association. He also holds a Senior Registered Apartment Manager designation (Sr. RAM) through the National Association of Home Builders.

Kim Mara Bieda
Chief Financial Officer

Kim has been with Monfric Group for over twenty years and has been Monfric's chief financial officer for the past 12 years. She is in charge of all financial record keeping. Kim has been highly acclaimed each year by independent certified public accountants that have audited the projects managed my Monfric. Kim is the company accountant as well as overseeing all bookkeeping functions. She is also the company personnel administrator with a strong knowledge and understanding of labor law.
